David Cooper

David is a telecoms industry veteran and is respected across the industry for his operational excellence and senior management skills. 

After a number of years of working for BT in R&D , IT and Programme Management, David rose to head a large team of engineers responsible for the design of BT's networks. In 2000, David was part of the team that launched 3 mobile, eventually rising to become the CTO, CIO and COO, responsible for all of the technical and operational functions within the company
