All our people are rewarded according to their experience and expertise.

All our people are able to own Rockshore shares from day one. We do this as we believe that it is fair to share our success with those that help us to acheive it. The shares distributed are the same as those owned and accrued by the co-founders.

Each year we also distribute 5% of our profits amongst the team.
